Code examples in later chapters now working

Many code examples in the later chapters of the book (Learning as conditional inference, Hierarchical models, Occam's Razor, Mixture models) weren't working, because they relied on MIT-Church, an older implementation that didn't run in the browser. We've ported most of them over to WebChurch, so they run now.
